Kantha Patchwork Sari Apron

This sari apron is crafted from layered, recycled cotton saris with traditional kantha embroidery.  Handmade with intention, this patchwork kantha apron gives new life to repurposed fabrics through skilled craftsmanship. Each piece is unique, with a variety of colors and patterns. Can be machine washed cold and line dried. Kantha is an ancient hand-stitch embroidery made by rural women with running stitches and recycled sari threads passed from mother to daughter. Our Fair-Trade partner in India employs over 150 artisans, providing fair wages, healthcare and education to their families. This apron measures 31"L x 23"W.
