Our Amazing Staff

This week, I want to share about our amazing staff serving on the field in Southeast Asia. We have seventeen national staff members, and all of our leadership have been with us for 13 to 17 years. They are extraordinary people who love the Lord deeply and are committed to seeing His kingdom grow.

They truly are the hands and feet of Jesus. They are prayer warriors, and their endurance is remarkable. They persevere through challenges that I honestly think would break me. They are motivated and compelled every day by the love of Christ to do the work they have been called to do.

They serve as caregivers in environments filled with pain and suffering. The level of poverty they work in is difficult to imagine. And yet, they are not superheroes—they are people just like you and me. They have families and face all that comes with life: conflict, sickness, loss, and grief.

I spend three to four months each year with them, and when I share how you support the work they are doing, it brings them so much joy. They are deeply grateful. It’s hard for them to believe that people they have never met, living halfway around the world, pray for them and support them so faithfully. Your partnership brings incredible encouragement to their hearts.
